Dark sensor with solar battery

Dark sensor without LDR. Can be used NpN or PnP transistors. The 1Mf capacitors represent the batterys and the source of power are solar battery.  Increase up to 6v and decrease the voltage once the capacitors are full.

It would probably be better to use a low current led(1.7V 2mA) to prolong battery life.
