Voltage Divider / Low Pass Filter for cleaning up signals on their way to microcontrollers.
When DC is applied, the voltage divider works as normal. low frequencies are also divided reasonably well. but high frequency noises coming through the divider are absorbed by the capacitor, they're filtered out!
