Safety lockout using four relays. The first n/c button is the reset. Other two n/o buttons are selectors. Once one of the two selector buttons are pressed it will lock the other button from turning on. Thus both LED's may never be on at one time.

I broke it on the 3rd try and there's only 3 buttons.
