Switches off the Load at 3,3V and back on at about 3,6V. Hysteresis can be adjusted by 2,7MR. Level can be adjusted by divider. I recommend a micro power Komparator to draw just a few uA of current. Use a LDO 2,5V regulator as a reference Voltage.
Adjust bat voltage manually. Load is a lamp and "spikes" of 2Hz. Spikes are filtered by 1uF cap.
