Simple Voltage doubler as being used in some older CRT systems or tube powered audio amplifiers. 

Input Voltage is 200 VAC.
Output Voltage is 400 VDC.
Ripple is about 3 Vpp max.

Filtercaps only have to match input voltage AC-level, not the much higher output DC-level, as it appears in villard style circuits.

Output voltage on load is -200VDC to +200VDC respective 400VDC.
