Opamp as Difference Amplifier

This is a subtracting circuit y = A(X2 - X1). X2 is the orange 3V signal X1 is the green 1V signal Y is the purple 2V signal A is the amplification factor controlled by the ratio of resistors at the inverted input of the opamp.
