It generates fake random number from 1 to 16. The randomness is not very good.

P.S. looks like PrathikP already have created such a circuit.

@Redstone_guy Hmmm I created the circuit by myself, but I’m not surprised if someone else have the exactly same idea. I will quote his work since he made it first.
