I guess you want to design a 240Vac ground fault circuit breaker (differential breaker).... for my point of view is not very relevant.... try to see my design

I have an AC source, a load (bulb) and two resistors who measure the current on Live and Neutral. When appear a ground fault (right side swich) a difference in current on Live vs Neutral will switch off power to load
