Flash AD Converter known as direct conversion ADC is very simple implementation compared to another type of ADC.
Here is 2bit ADC and its output is encoded binary the value is displayed in 7seg and LEDs.

The two pmos transistors can be replaced by NOT gates. Keep it up.

Thank you for an advice. :) I did it at first time. This is a simulator, so logic IC can drive any loads. But practically, logic IC can only drive around 10 to 20 mA load. So I added pmos FET as a LED driver.
