Have u tried as output power transistor a conjunction of BJT with mosfet similar connected as shiklai pair u used here ?? Normally those are constructed on single silicon structure where both transistors share common layers and sold as IGBT modules and are used in high power and voltage industrial applications. But when u construct such from two discrete elements they perform extraordinary well in linear amplifiers and analog circuits. Just imagine a power stage whose exhibit good rugged performance of bjt transistor and power-less control method of mosfet. Imagine a bjt with isolated voltage controlled base. U should give it a try
