Hehe. L=200n @ 50vds and your fet is already dead. It's not a great model. Modestly better realism: https://everycircuit.com/circuit/4866126037909504

lol you sure? cause im pretty certain ive built this circuit and it performs like a dream. Also you need to read the data sheets of different transistors because they all have different operating perameters and max current/voltage ratings. 50v might kill one mosfet, but for a different mosfet is well within its voltage range.
