Who can figure this out...

2 push button 3 leds.how can you make that 3rd led turn on without all three leds turning on when either button is pressed and you can only press one button at a time. And this isnt a riddle I just need help lol

Either use an xor gate with the each input attached to one of the two button outputs, hence the third led will always be on when both of the first two leds are off and off when either led is on, or attach one of the switches to a counters up lead with one or both leds atatched to the first two outputs of the counter and the third output of the counter to its own reset in order to be able to cycle through the leds and be able to have them all off at the same time.

Dont attach the third output to reset, forgot its in bcd. Attach an and gates inputs to first two outputs of counter and the and gate input to the reset lead.

You could just put the third led after the first and second led, no need for other circuitry. Assuming, that is, that you have given all of the parameters, and the leds can light at 1v. Ill post my idea
