Far left side voltage input is the DRL circuit from the BCM module. But once DRL_DROPOUT is enabled in the PCM (via AlphaODB) then when a turn signal is engaged the BCM will cut voltage to the DRL circuit for that side, thus energizing the normal turn signal wires which end up feeding the relay coil.
