Biased using a 500uA current source for 50mA of collector current through the power transitor. Using a 133pF coupling capacitor for ensuring an output impedance of 50 ohms to perfectly match a 50 ohm load. Each LC filter component has a reactance of 50 ohms at the desired frequency, again to ensure max power transfer. The output power is: Vrms^2 / 50 = 3.06V^2 / 50 = 187.3 mW or 22.725 dBm Decreasing the current mirror's resistor from 16.5k to 2.2k, you can really crank up the output power to 1W.
