This device can perform four operations: NOT, AND, OR, and XOR. The main input is to the left, and the program input is at the bottom.

Instruction Set:
00: NOT
01: AND
10: OR
11: XOR

Nice job. I still prefer the 2 input LUT. It uses less logic gates and can be programmed to function as any gate and more.
