Calling this design a "Misc" is a sign of great creativity. Others may have come up with clunky terms like "tree of resistors" or "resistor network" or similarly non-descriptive titles. No match against the clarity and brevity of the title "Misc"

It's also a great idea to describe the design as "public", because otherwise people looking at it may wonder whether they might be looking at a design which possibly hasn't been published at all. But this description will raise their confidence enormously that matters are as they're supposed to.
