Tested and works fine with pnp transistor instead of p-mosfet. Whit the p-mosfet that I'm using (cheap ebay mosfet from china) the circuit is not regulating the voltage.

I hate P channel MOSFETs as they have a much higher Rds(on). Which pnp BJT did you use?

A little smd SS8550 the marking on the chip is Y2.

Don’t work adjust voltage used power source !? also connect led as load it burg but power source 5 v op amp 2.5 ref vol
