Hit the switch(dark/light) "on" and wait intil 1 volt, it charges from the sun(white IL) in the day time to the 1.2 volt rechargeable battery(1F cap.), then at night time it discharges to the LED, but it has to raise the voltage through the transformer coils to the right transistor, the left transistor switches it "off" for the day time. 1F CAPACITOR------1.2 VOLT RECHARGEABLE BATTERY IL BULB----------------SUN SPST SWITCH--------NIGHT/LIGHT 4 VOLT BATTERY---SOLAR CELL COOL BLUE LED---LED FOR NIGHT

And you need use capacitor to create modulated signal that energy from capacitor will be saved for longer time and eyes will not see that. I propose frequency something like 200 Herz.
