This is a classic Fender guitar amp passive equalizer. I've inserted a couple of opamps to avoid signal loss.

Thanks. Im about to build this as a guitar pedal to test how it sounds. Hoping that the mid scoop isnt gonna be too much of a problem

Btw... Bass and treble potentiometer is default at 90% because they are supposed to be logarithmic
