What a perfect looking waveform!! It has a little problem, you have to flip(hit) the swich two time, then it will work.

A mos widht is set very good not frequently i see that someone know what it will do and change it from this ridiculous default value (orginal default setting is for one small trannie tht is incorporated in some IC or power mos die composed from tens of hundreds or more small ones connected together like hexfet transistors have. As far j remember popular irfb640 models have widht around 640um so a very close value a summedd channel lenght cannot be set here cuz is 68mm and we have max at 10mm or less. U should tweak turn on VTO its equal to treshold voltage so around 2 volts up to 4 to make it mimick real power mos as we frequently use or meet in repaired equipment . Btw why so low transformer coupling coefff. ??? This will be rather hard to create such losely coupled inductances. Only 20% of introduced power is transfered to secondary by tranformer resources rest resources act as series choke serving role of leakage inductance of value bign at 80% of winding inductance o around 160mh

I think the 250 & 260 mosfets are the best mosfets for ZVS.I love this circuit cause it almost never produce any heat, and super easy to make.

What types of HF transformers u use or if u wire them yourselfs what winding parameters and core material u use??

i use the trans from TVs,UU-core with air gap,the primary is 5+5.

you can wind them by you self if you want, just remeber that you have to leave a little air gap between the cores, you know what, just put a piece of paper :D
