for ongsy - 9v batt as 6v batt chrger

lower left circuit has 0.1ohm wire resistance, just to show current is flowing .this must have 2 identical 9 v batt.
upper right circuit must have a resistor which is 10watts or higher to absorb wasted power. this circuit is inefficient.

I'd be wary of all but the bottom right circuit. They'll be okay if you monitor the batt voltage, but they'll still be pushing current after it hits 6v, which is potentially quite dangerous. Imo the best option is to combine the parallel diode-protected sources in top-left with the voltage regulation in the bottom-right. It's complicated, but otherwise it'll need constant monitoring to avoid overcharging and excessive current.
