for ongsy - 9v batt as 6v batt chrger

lower left circuit has 0.1ohm wire resistance, just to show current is flowing .this must have 2 identical 9 v batt. upper right circuit must have a resistor which is 10watts or higher to absorb wasted power. this circuit is inefficient.
