i have this problem to... how i can change ( - ) at capacitor?

The caps here in EC aren't actually polarized- the + and - you see are just a kind of representation of current "flow" at that moment. If this circuit started to oscillate you'll see the +/- switch places and all will be well. But this schematic isn't right so it won't work as is. Take those 2.2K resistors out and you might get a little blinkie..

Change the left most 2.2k resistor to 330 ohm resistor and the right most too.
