Wait for around 10s and slow the sim down to 10uS/S and zoom into the 2 MOSFETs.
This is a circuit i built a long long time ago. I was absolutely unable to prevent it from crashing, because of which I couldn't upload it. Today, I added a snubber network across one MOSFET and it finally stopped crashing!
