By rectifying the output of an LC-oscillator driven by a 2,5 V rectangular AC source on resonance (fundamental, non harmonic), a capacitor can be charged to "high" DC voltage (>250V) over time. The oszillator and rectification are connected by a switch that can be opened or closed
