This circuit intended to convert quadrature signal to Pulse and Direction signal without external clock input. Left half of the circuit is basically binary to Grey code conversion for creating quadrature signal with desire Increase and Decrease cycle. Right half side will be signal conversion circuit. The circuit exploit RC time constant to create detect rising and falling edge.
