Ok, you tuned a single bit to have 1mV while we have 65535 mV for the maximum. Bonus question, and dont take it to easy, why are there 46.5mV missing which is a lot compared to the resolution of 1mV???? http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5065284204625920

@hurz, sorry for the slackness in the design of my circuit, but as you know there are many ways of measuring errors, the most common way is, if the error is linear over range, is the amount of error at full scale. IE: 46.5mA over the value at full scale, or 65523mA, or 0.0709% error, which is less than 1uA error per mA, while this is a lot of error in some processes. I did consider keeping the circuit fairly simple. But seeing it has been pointed out, two extra scaling resistors have been added to bring the error down to less than 10-9 or 0.000000000025%, I hope that this is better.

What is this 0.000000000025% error?????
