I dunno but, you could get some current flowing if you flip that bottom DC source around..

It works if you set left input to say 1 volt and and have 100% feedback from output to right input output follows input 1 volt

It also works if you put load on output with both inputs grounded

Yes, with some feedback its much more stable. 100% is as voltage follower, but already lowering the open loop gain, which seems to be extremly >>10MV/V lower that as you would do for a non inverting amplifier by e.g. 1k/100MOhm to get 100kV/V. And for the push pull output stage i recommand to have more current for the voltage adaption stage diodes. At least 5mA. Testwise you can increase your main current bank. Hope that helps.

The current source is correct. But could be replaced with a pullup resistor, if the opamp is made for a fixed supply voltage e.g. 12Volt -> (2*12V-0.7V)/5mA = ~4.7kOhm
