Making the simulation more realistic. Orange is the output. Blue would be internal in a real op-amp.
Given a sine wave, it looks quite low distortion at 1Mhz (with these values), but rather suddenly introduces distortion above that. This distortion may be eliminated with more "headroom" -- a smaller output signal or greater max and min output.
Slew-rate limiting can fix some simulation problems. I had a circuit which crashed Chrome and slowed my tablet down horribly, taking 10 minutes to respond to one tap! Limiting the op-amp's slew rate completely fixed the problem.
