Would the circuit be the same for MOSFETs?

There is NO doubt that you know a LOT more about electronics than I do but, I hope you may find something useful in these circuits. Don't run yourself down, @wy. I've seen some of your circuits, and you seem rather knowledgeable to me. As for the circuit question, I think you would need to change it if you wanted to use MOSFETs. For instance, you'd need pull-up and pull-down resistors.

Thank you 59...ude! That's definitely one thing I know nothing about is mosfets, I only because I haven't tried to yet. Still get a chuckle every time I see your name
