I think 100 micro ohms may not be needed normally.

Thank you, Billy. Many people draw 3 phase AC like yours. I think it's no problem for a 3 phase voltage source normally. But I think I have to care that the voltage is SQR(3) times increasing than original voltage sources, and it's difficult to use transformers. http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5515647439601664
