Im Schalterbetrieb wir der Transistor übersteuert. Der Basisstrom ist so hoch, das der Transistor voll durch gesteuert wird. Die Kollektor-Emitterstrecke hat ihren kleinsten Widerstandswert. Der Transistor arbeite als Ein-/ Aus Schalter.

Für mein Geschmack ist das dennoch etwas zuviel Basisstrom. 30mA für eine 80mA Last ist etwas zuviel Übersteuerung mit einem Zehntel vom Laststrom sollte es auch gut sein.
