On off mosfet

What do you think about it, short press to turn on,  long press to turn it off. I'm looking for an on off circuit the simplest as possible and with discret component and one switch. The problem with this one is when off, circuit still drain 70mA.

I hqve a good exqmple for u exploiting a cool simple mechanism of action that can be widely reused in many schapes and so moreimportant it has time dependent phases reduced to absolute minimum so no mater how fast or how long button will be pressed there will be always reliable changeover action.
