This is a 1 MHZ frequency counter.
The count should be multiplied by two to reflect accurate count, this is due to the pulse rate generator allowing only half the count thru to the counters because of a 50% duty pulse.
This frequency counter can be used for anything that repeats over time with proper signal conditioning.
You have to change the pulse to be counted if you want to see a different frequency input which is the pulse generator chain right now is set to sample 1 MHZ for 200/2 microseconds. It samples for half of the 200 us.
you have to change the time base located at bottom left if you want to sample more or less.
