 use : press the switch to convert it if you want to keep in any level voltage then press the switch again. ....... attention : this converter tool convert voltage from 20 v to be 20kv or more than that but need some time to charging........ that's all have fun

There is no conversion going on here. The current controller (arrow in circle) is producing the high voltage and should be removed. Also, the transformer is not doing anything and can be removed.

At this magic moment, I have been letting the circuit run for more than a minute and the voltage at the transformer is near 80,000,000 volts. This voltage is being produced by that circle with the arrow. The current controller. It not only can limit current but it can maximize the current by increasing its voltage output, until the current matches its set point. Nothing in the real world acts like that.
