Do you mean voltage divider? @shamasdin, you just tap or click on the power supply, then hit the picture of the wrench and you can adjust your voltage. This also works on basically all of the other components, and here you can adjust resistance capacitance inductance and so on.

I suppose fotman is Italian, they like to use word 'tension' for voltage. However Alessandro Volta was Italian physicist :).
