This circuit measures bjt output curves Ic=f(Uce,Ib). Top left voltage source sets the base current - 1mA/V. The opamp in the middle acts as an instrumentation amplifier with gain of 2 (INA118). DAcs provide 0-2V Uce voltage with 8bit resolution. Start by closing the switch and toggling the logic source.
