Yeah I fixed it... one of your switch was controlling one and two leds. You need to separate switches to each leds on your right. The leds on left are just perfect.

I replied to this topic almost four months ago and this author hasnt updated his circuit since. This circuit was posted at May 2015 and no new changes since.
