Ideal diode for 4S battery

"Ideal diode" solution for 4S Li-Ion battery protection from transient 19V voltage in load side.

Needed this for some appliance conversion from dead non-standard 15.2V NiMH pack to 4S LiPo. In charging mode device pass 19V to battery which must be cut off. I'm to lazy to rummage through built in charger on device PCB with lack of device circuit diagram. Schottky diode only is inefficient heater with excess voltage drop. 1N5822 maybe is OK, but I don't have any in shelf. Found the crutschow's "ideal diode" solution and adapted it for my device.
