Primero, el 555 esta configurado incorrectamente. Quita el capacitador y resistencia arriva del 555. Segundo, el papel de informacion de los 555 dicen que R1 y R2 deben ser al minimo 1000 ohms. Tercero, el 100nF capacitador debe ser 10nF SIEMPRE. Cuarto, hice calculos y para el capacitador nececitas 720pF y R1=2000 ohms, R2=1000 ohms.

Claro es el minimo para 500.001KHz, si quieres ajusta el capacitador a lo que te de la gana.
