I would like to say that you might have more bookmarks by now if you had the whole thing go off.

Because of slight differences of the parts the circuit would start vibrating without the switch in real life. The parts are ideal in Every Circuit so it won't start without initial assimethic state. That's why the switch is there. There might be a solution in Every Circuit for this that I do not know yet.
