Demonstrating the function of a D Flip Flop. The input signal is passed to the output (Q) and inverse output (Q') on the rising edge of the input square wave (clock). 

Note how sudden changes (glitches) in the input which don't occur on a rising clock edge don't affect the output.

What is the bottom left component? It says 1ms. I can't find it in my library of components.
