This is a very simple circuit to add an amplification stage to a small AM transmitter, the circuit uses a 2N2222 as the active element. Can be powered from 5 to 12V but will change its output power.

correct, as the frequency decreases the output power increases.

17.5dB at 150kHz !!! 1dB less even the frequency decreases !!! frequency down output power down. Your statement needs to be checked !!!
