The resistor closest to the 2 voltage sources is called the gain resistor, it controls the gain for the entire circuit. I measured the resistance for this resistor and it's 500 ohms despite marked at 1000. So the resistor's value has changed and is too low.

Decreasing the resistor value matches the waveform in the multisim file.
