Op amp suggested: JRC4580
Bottom potentiometers are dual (6 pin) and are used to panning the signal to left or right.
The signal generators on the inputs simulates the audio source (inverted and non inverted) and same noise in each input. The noise is cancelled because it's the same on each input of the op amp.
