The resistor values for this are just guessed but the circuit is able to store 1 bit of memory.

@jackybee, I'm not sure this would work. You are looking at current rather than voltage. Take a look at the circuit this link refers to. There are also others if you search for "mosfet memory". http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6171793233543168
