Not the best oscillator and feedback but i builded and make some tests. Its working good for low power loads. At high power load or short circuit geting the mosfet fully open for few seconds and burned few of them . No idea why its happening. If the mosfet survived the current peak , the converter gets to normal operation.

After few more tests i think the problem is that im using 5volts linear regulator for the opamp (its tl084 quad opamp) power supply and reference voltage. When the mosfet draw high current or gets stuck open, the voltage is droping and the regulator is not supplying enough voltage for stable operation of the opamp.

Little update on the reference from 2.5volts to 3 volts ( the bottom resistor in the divider was changed from 1k to 1.5k) and the problems on the stuck mosfet are solved. The problem was the driving opamp geting too low reference compared to the sawtooth from the oscillator and holds the mosfet high.
