help me.. why the output voltage is ac voltage. I can't convert it into dc voltage

ac voltage source is not alternating . how to make it...???

Remove the lower diode and put a capacitor in place of the voltmeter it will be a half wave rectifier. If you want to use two diods you must use center tapped transformer, put two transformers in series and put ground at the middle of the output and put two diodes pointed outward of the coil at the top and bottom, connect the free terminals of the diodes together and put a cap from there to ground. Search EC for "center tapped full wave rectifier" there are a lot of examples.

Pretty weird, the voltmeter is acting as a cap.... Maybe another Bug.

No sorry, it is not the voltmeter that is acting like a cap, it is the junction capacitance of the diodes......
