Need help i can control timer, the number is not running

First of all; for digital logic circuits you need 5VDC. Take one voltage source, select it and tap the wrench in the bottom left. Then you can set the voltage instead of having to cascade 5 sources.

You connected the same wire to up and down on the counter chip .. It must be just one .. You cant count up and down at the same time
