Finding base resistor value by balancing two voltmeters. There should be 1/2 VCC at the collector resistor and transistor collector junction. Adjust the rheostat for this. Then open the power switch and close the ohmmeter switch to find the value. Notice the 765 mV base emitter junction voltage. The base ammeter to collector resistor shows a 100 X increase of current.
