There isn't yellow after red it need to be green in traffic lights , Green ==> yellow ==> red ===> Green !!

But yellow means : start your engine red means : close ur engine green means : go so ut should be green => red => yellow => green . .

Belongs from where u come from. In Germany it's green > yellow > red > red/ yellow > green

@spundick in my previous circuit it is giving green >> yellow >> red >> red >> yellow >>green .. to get that just remove the AND gate :-) :D
